Creamy Carrot Soup

Two Portions @ 60 calories each

1 Cup Sliced Carrots
1 Cup Vegetable Broth
1/2 Small Onion
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
Cook till tender, add all to blender and puree
Stir in 1/4 cup plain lowfat soy milk
