Mock Hollandaise sauce.
1/4 cup no-fat/lowfat sour cream
1/4 cup no fat/low fat mayonnaisse
1 teaspoon spicey mustard
1T lemon juice
pinch of red pepper flakes.
Mix the above ingredients in the top of a double boiler (adding lemon juice
last and slowly). Heat thoroughly about 15 minutes or until completely
mixed. You can control the taste by experimenting with different types of
mustard. More pepper flakes will give the dish a rewardingly healthful twang.
