spaghetti-squash-salad recipe

 1 spaghetti squash (I cut it in half, scraped out the seeds, put in 
 	glass baking dish with 1 cup water, covered and nuked for 20 - 30 
 	minutes, until the strands separate easily with a fork.
 2 large vine ripened tomatoes, coarsely chopped
 2 bunches green onions, chopped
 2 medium carrots, grated
 a couple of cups fresh bean sprouts
 2 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
 about 2 cups frozen peas 
 1 teaspoon tarragon (or basil, marjoram, oregano ......)
 Toss all together, dress with rice vinegar.  Chill.
