spicy-wedges recipe

 Another way of getting the family to eat their favourite
 fast  food without the "fast" fat:
 Spicy Wedges (Chunky Chips)
 (serves 4)
 4 medium-large potatoes
 Spray of oil (Pam?) or substitute
 1/4 teaspoon ground chilli
 1/2 teaspoon paprika
 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules (or powder)
 Feel free to use any other spices you like.
 Wash potatoes. Prick with fork and microwave on high
 for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
 Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Arrange on an oven
 tray, preferably lined with foil and lightly spray with oil
 spray (Pam in the US?)
 Sprinkle with mixed spices.
 Bake at 200 C for approx 1 hour or until crisp.
 1 serve contains    420 kJ
