Fat Free Stuffed Shells
1 Lg. Pkg. Shells (the ones that look like sea shells---Large)
1 Pkg. FF Monz. Cheese
1 Pkg. FF Ricotta Cheese
1 Can of FF Spagetti Sauce ( your choice)
1 Cup Mushrooms (fresh or canned)
Cook shells until tenter, drain & rinse. Combine two cheeses in bowl, mix well. Stuff mixture in to shells, place in baking dish (stuffed side down).
Mix spagetti sauce and mushrooms (no need to heat), spread over the top of stuffed shells. Bake at 350* until hot.
***Chopped, cooked and drained spinach can be added to the cheese mixture before stuffing, if desired.
