 1 cup uncooked whole wheat macaroni
 1.5 cups chopped veggies (scallions, green/red peppers, broccoli, etc...)
 1/2 cup low-sodium, nonfat Italian dressing
 Cook the macaroni, mix with veggies, add dressing, and toss to coat.
