 BRAN MUFFINS (very easy to make)
 (From my lifesaver book "It's only Natural" by Suzanne Porter) 
 My daughter (13) made for me. A word of caution.
 Due to the success of these muffins at home, the second
 time we decided to do 2 (two) batches. The third time
 I asked my daughter to do 4 (FOUR) batches to see if
 that would take me thru the week.
 Well, 2 weeks later, we are still using those muffins to
 keep our dog interested and fit by playing "Fetch the muffin".
 DO NOT try to do more than 2 batches in one bake.
 1 1/2 cups stoneground wholemeal SR flour
 1/2    cup non-fat youghurt, sugar free
                 (I tried a batch with vanilla flavour and it was OK)
 1/4    cup unprocessed bran
 1       cup natural sultanas   (I put less...too sweet for me)
 1/4    cup skim milk powder
 1      egg white or substitute
 1/2   cup unsweetened apple or grape juice
         (I tried a batch with apple juice  and it was OK)
 Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F.
 Combine all ingredients until the mixture resembles
 cake consistency. Place spoonfulls into non-stick
 muffins tins (or use spray oil substitute).
 Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
