bulgur-wheat recipe

 2 ounces bulgur wheat
 1 cup boiling water (12 ounces is too much...)
 Season to taste.
 Combine both in a wide mouth thermos, then take it to work.  By noon, you
 should have nicely cooked bulgur, with all (or most) of the water
 Similar proportions work for quiona.
