Basic Cooking Instructions
Medium Bulgur or Cracked Wheat
2 cups water
3/4 tsp. salt
1 cup medium bulgur or cracked wheat (don't rinse)
In 2qt pan, boil water and salt, stir in wheat and return to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Remove from heat,
and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
