This is a simple, but delicious and healthy side dish.
Broccoli (as much as you like, a pound usually serves 2-3)
Lemon (1 lemon per pound of broccoli)
Garlic (as much as you like)
Steam the broccoli with the garlic in a vegetable steamer (garlic in
steamer but under broccoli) for 3-5 minutes, until slightly soft, but
still crunchy. Serve with a generous portion of fresh lemon juice
squeezed on top.
