Honey Mustard Mixed Vegetables
1/2 cup carrots (cur in 2 inch sticks)
1 1/2 cups broccoli and cauliflower florets
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1. Steam carrots for 10 minutes. Add cauliflower and broccoli and
steam until barely tender, approximately 8 additional minutes.
2. Combine mustard with honey and dill to make a smooth sauce.
3. Mix sauce with hot cooked vegetables and stir gently until
sauce is evenly distributed.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 18 minutes
