I'm coming out of the lurking shadows once again to give you a great recipe I
just recently tried. My husband hates broccoli, but he liked this! Enjoy!
1 pound broccoli'
1/2 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Steam flowerets until tender (5-8 minutes), and turn into a bowl. Stir
together rest of the ingredients. Pour over warm broccoli, and mix well.
