1 Cup unsweetened apple Juice
1 Cup Sliced Strawberried Fresh and Frozen
1 - 11/2 TB Cornstarch
Blend 1/2 the strawberries, apple juice and all the cornstarch in a blender.
Pour in a saucepan and bring to a boil. turn down to low heat and simmer
Can be used hot as a fruit sauce, or let chill and will work like a jelly.
Pectin can be used instead of the cornstarch also (which is what the store
Also, can subsitiute other fruit juices and fruit to make other flavors.
