1 cup chopped Jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup chopped Red Bell Pepper
1-1/2 cups cider vinegar
6-1/2 cups sugar
1 bottle liquid pectin
wash peppers, slice, remove membrane and seeds (wear gloves!), chop medium.
combine peppers, vinegar and sugar, and bring to full boil over high heat.
remove and set aside for 20 minutes. return to heat and bring to full
rolling boil again, and boil for 2 minutes. remove from heat and add
pectin. stir well. skim off any film.
pour into hot sterilized half pint canning jars and seal with lids.
makes about 8 half pints.
