1 cup chopped fresh pineapple or 2 (8 oz) cans crushed
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp thinly sliced green onion
2 tsp grated lime peel
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp ginger
In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
