lime-pineapple-relish recipe

               LIME-PINEAPPLE RELISH
 
 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple or 2 (8 oz) cans crushed
     pineapple, drained
 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
 2 Tbsp sugar
 2 Tbsp thinly sliced green onion
 2 tsp grated lime peel
 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
 1/2 tsp ginger
 
     In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
     1 1/3 cups; 6 servings (30 calories, 0 g fat, 0 g
 cholesterol, 0 mg sodium)
