moroccan-delight recipe

 One of my favorite summertime coolers, made easily in the blender:
 1/2 pound carrots
 2 cups orange juice
 1/3 cup lemon juice
 3/4 cup water
 1/2 cup sugar (more or less to taste, or sweetener may be substituted)
 	Blend until the carrots are shredded - don't pulverize them!
 Serve VERY cold in a juice glass with a spoon. Makes 8 servings. This
 is a great appetizer, snack, or instant light meal.
