I'm seeing more healthy commercial establishments like "juice bars" lately
and wanted to add this recipe, which can be modified as you wish.
If you have a juice extractor, use 5-6 carrots, tips removed and peeled if
not organic, cut into chucks OR 2 cups fresh carrot juice
Pour juice into blender and mix with yogurt (plain, vanilla or flavored)
and/or frozen or fresh banana. I even added a few fresh mint leaves when I
juiced my carrots. The banana and yogurt make the smoothie thick; otherwise,
carrots with some celery juice or apple juice is also very good.
