I just tried a ranch dressing yesterday that was very tasty; I believe I
snipped it out of a Canadian Living mag. It's a snap to whip up, too.
Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
1 1/3 cups skim milk with vinegar added so it curdles
2/3 cup ff mayo
4tsp cider vinegar
1tsp dijon mustard
3/4tsp dried dillweed
1/2tsp dried parsley
1/4tsp each salt, pepper, sugar
pinch garlic powder
Whisk together ff mayo, mustard, and vinegar. Add remaining ingredients and
blend well. Store in an airtight container--lasts 1 week in the 'fridge.
