Wanted something different then sulsa for a vegetable dip. Made these two
and were good.
TANGY TOMATO DIP
1/2 cup ff yogurt
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup tomato juice
1 TAB onion flakes
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
2 TAB catsup
1 tsp soy sauce
Sieve cottage cheese and fold in yogurt. Blend in mustard, soy sauce,
catsup, tomato juice and onion flakes. Makes 2 cups.
