4 green onions, each cut in 1 inch pieces
1 (15 ounce) can very young small peas, drained
1/4 C nonfat sour cream (dont know how it would taste if you omitted this)
4 T green taco sauce (tomatillo salsa)
1/4 C chopped tomato
1/4 tsp garlic salt
between 1/8 and 1/4 c finely chopped red onion (depending on how chunky
you like your guacamole)
taste.. if necessary add more salt to taste
In a food processor blend the green onion and peas until smooth.
fold in the other stuff. Cover and chill.
I can't remember all the nutritional info.. but for 12 servings the fat
0.1 grams of fat!!!! Try this one.
