FRESH FRUIT DESSERT
Almost too simple to call a recipe!
I'd just use whatever fruit you have on hand, here's what I did.
2 ripe peaches chopped into bite sized pieces
1/2 cup rasperries
1 cup strawberries
1 Asian pear cut into bite sized pieces
1 orange, divided into sections
Toss all this in a bowl. Pour over it:
1 shot brandy
2 tablespoons (or to taste) honey
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Mix it up. Serve it. The raspberries tend to disintegrate in the mix, so
if you're making it ahead, you might want to reserve the raspberries till
the last minute.
Gran Marnier might make a nice substitute for the brandy and honey. Any
fruits should do, too.
