 fat free icing
 In Europe we used to make a different kind of icing for our
 cakes, including carrot cakes. I never got used to the greasy
 icing people slab on here. This icing has no fat whatsoever, and
 you can make it thick or thin and put on as much as you like.
 You need:
 1 pack of confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)
 1-2 lemons or lemon juice
 (some water, if you don't like lemony icing)
 Pour a lot of sugar into a bowl. Add a little lemon (you need very
 little. Much less than you think.) 
 Make a thick paste. Spread onto the cake. Let dry a bit. Eat!
