butter-bean-cassoulet recipe

I like to use butter beans for this recipe, but limas would work as 
well...


Butter Bean Cassoulet

1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Garlic (YOU decide how much)
3 cans of butter beans, mostly drained
1/2 roll GIMME LEAN sausage flavor (or not, I often omit)
2 or 3 small cans tomato sauce or 1 lg can tomato juice

Saute the onions, pepper, garlic, and GIMME LEAN.  I like to use
oregano, fennel seed, thyme, and sage as seasoning.  Dump in beans and 
tomato sauce, simmer.  Eat.
