This is the recipe that I use all the time. It makes wonderful bread!
WHOLE GRAIN OATMEAL BREAD
1 1/2 Cups water or soymilk
1 Tblsp. Ener-G egg replacer
2 Tblsp. apple butter or applesauce
1/4 Cup maple syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 Cup rolled oats
4 Cups whole grain flour (whole wheat, oat, barley, whole wheat pastry,
12-grain, etc. or a mixture of several)
2-4 Tblsp. vital gluten
2 1/2 tsp. yeast
Add ingredients to your breadmaker and bake! YUM!
