Chinese Cabbage and Cilantro Slaw -

Chinese Cabbage and Cilantro Slaw - 3 carbs
1 pound Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
3/4 cup thickly sliced red pepper
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons FAT FREE ITALIAN DRESSING
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 garlic clove, sliced
Combine cabbage, red pepper, green onions and cilantro in a large bowl. Toss
and set aside. Combine lime juice, oil, salt, red pepper flakes and garlic
in a small bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until well blended. Pour lime
juice mixture over cabbage mixture, tossing well. Cover and chill
thoroughly. Serves 6.
