Try following any bannana bread recipes you may have, just omitting the oil and replacing with dates chopped and boiled in water for about 5 mins. Sometimes if you put a teaspoon of Bi-carb soda in it as soon as you take it off the heat it works better. Let the dates cool then add to recipe as you would the fat/oil.
Also apple sauce works well. I find these very effective because then you can reduce the amount of sugar as they work as natural sweetners. Play around with the recipes you got and i will alos look at home and let you know what i can find i Know i have heaps just got to find them
