1 Lg can black beans
1 can chopped green chilies
1 med onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 pkg frozen corn
2 ribs celery, sliced thinly
2 cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
Farlic to taste
2 T or more Fresh chopped Cilantro 
S&P to taste

Rinse black beans.  Add beans and all ingredients and mix well.  Check for 
seasonings.... Delicious with chips, almost no fat, lots of fiber.  Makes 
enough to serve at least 8.  I have mixed it with pasta and called it pasta 
salad.... added some fresh jalepenos and a little vinegar for the salad.
