hey to you banana and/or chocolate lovers have i got a quick good dessert for you!
by valentines night i had already done a bit of damage with russell stoveer so i thought up a good lo-cal no-fat smoothie recipe.
i threw enough ice cubes to fill my cup into a blender then mixed two tablespoons of hersheys lite syrup with 1/2 cup skim milk. stir well-it should be almost black! then pour into blender-dash some cinnamon and a packet of sweetener in there too-blend and drink! under a hundred cal-no fat-AND ALSO add a banana, 1/2 cup coffee, or as i did i threw in 1 tsp. of better'npeanut butter for only about another few cal and trace fat!
