Fat content of oatmeal

It's like oatmeal: people think it is, but it's 8 grams or so of naturally
occurring fat.

According to whom?

The USDA Nutritional Database says there is 1 gram of total fat per 100 grams of cooked oats (non-fortified, cooked in water, without salt). A normal serving is 1 cup cooked (234 grams of oats), which would equal 2.34 grams of fat.
