I have an eggplant, and I haven't a clue how to use
it. I bought it for a grillout, and inadvertantly
left it home.
Grilling, of course, is the only way I know how to
cook an eggplant, and I do not have a grill available
to me.
So, any ideas on how to cook an eggplant?
