I really enjoy reading all the  good infro
from everyone.I`m not that great of a cook anymore,but I was wondering
what do you do in the case that a recipe calls for shorting such as in
baking. Is there anything heathy that would take the place of this.I
have heard of applesauce for oil
but nothing of shorting .Keep up the good work  I love it all.
