Asian/Ramen noodles

Hello!
If there's a Wal-Mart near you, try looking in the section that sells the
LaChoy canned Chinese soups, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, sweet & sour
sauce, duck sauces, etc. Around in this area, I've found other brands of
Asian things, from sauces to seasoning mixes (try some of the seasoning
mixes stirred into veggies like broccoli and carrots--delicious!). I've
found "KAME" brand Japanese curly noodles there. They are just the
noodles. One 2 oz. serving is like regular pasta--200 calories, .5 grams
fat, 310 mg sodium.
While you there, back to the seasonings--try the Lemon Stir Fry packets,
honey teriaki, *beef* & broccoli seasoning (its just the seasoning), etc.
You can stir it up with soy sauce and water and pour over your regular
vegetables and it will thicken to a great dish.
Hope this helps!
