I have recently found a product in my grocery store called "Lighter
Bake." It is made by Sunsweet and is an oil/butter replacement. The
product is made from plums and apples. It is very dense and has worked
very well in my bread recipes.
I've talked to friends who have used it in other baking and all have
said that they have had success with it.
