I recall at the time there was some discussion about this not setting up well in the center for one individual; however, it came out perfect for me and my guests loved it. Will just add if that is the case, try using the grated lemon peel rather than the 1-2 TBS juice and perhaps that will take care of the problem.
Here is a recipe submitted by an anonymous websurfer:
(8 servings) 0.8 gm fat
2- 8 OZ Nonfat Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 C Sugar
1 TB Flour
2 t Vanilla Extract
1/2 t Lemon peel ( I use 1-2 TB lemon juice)
1/2 C Nonfat Sour Cream
3 Egg Whites
1/2 C Graham cracker crumbs
2 C Berries or cherries
Blend first 5 ingredients with electric mixer,in the blender or a food
processor until smooth. Blend in sour cream and egg whites. Spray 9"

cheese mixture and bake at 325 for 40 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate
for 3 hours. Top with berries.=20
