Another idea: although it doesn't taste like bacon, a
Tempeh-Lettuce-Tomato sandwich is pretty darned good. I
think it's even better than a BLT.
The tempeh must be cooked first - grilled or baked or
sauteed or whatever way you cook tempeh.
