Anything you'd make with rice or couscous, you can use quinoa. It tastes a
little "nuttier" than the other two, so figure that in when you think of
flavors. It's one of the neat things about using it in a salad. Great

Does anyone have any recipes or suggestions on what to do with Quinoa? I'm
