Bean Sauce

                                                        Bean Sauce
4 oz mixed cooked beans
2 sticks celery
vegetable stock (or cooking water from beans)
1 Tsp tarragon
seasoning to taste
soy sauce
Puree the beans in a blender with the finely chopped celery.  Tip into a saucepan and add enough stock to make the sauce the desired consistancy.  Season to taste and add the herbs.  heat through and add some soy suace if desired.
