I'm sure most people will answer that a soy protein shake has the most
protein per measure than any other food. I blend any one of many soy powders
on the market in water with fruit. Sometimes I grind flaxseed, sunflower
seeds or pumpkin seeds and blend that in too. I have grown to love the taste
of soy so much that many times I just blend the powder with water. Of course
you still need a complex carbo like whole wheat toast for fiber.
