This fabulous banana bread recipe is a favorite of my daddy...I make a new
one every Sunday night for him to take to work and snack on throughout the
week! The wet and dry ingredients are seperated for easier cooking. Enjoy!
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup juice
2 tablespoons fat-free vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
Combine the wet and dry ingredients seperately and mix thoroughly. Then mix
them together in a large bowl. Pour into a greased and floured bread pan and
bake in a 325 (F) degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
