I recently joined a weight loss group. It occurred to me that there was a
lot more the members could be doing to educate each other. I offered to give
a presentation on fat substitutes and fat alternatives. I honestly believe
that a lot of the members just don't know how to make changes to their
cooking methods. I'd really appreciate any information from my fat-free
buddies on this list. What do you do to maintain a fat-free kitchen? Do you
have any favorite resources on the web? Any and all suggestions and ideas
are most welcome. Thank you all; I've been on this list for years now and is
far and away the best I've found!
