"Hamburger" Stroganoff

Hi there,
I tried this last night and it was pretty good. Some seasoning adjustment
would probably make it even better. I just made it up as I went.

1 medium onion chopped fine
balsamic vinegar (for sauteeing)
2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
salt to taste
cajun spice to taste
2 Tablespoons catsup (I'm going to leave this out next time)
1 and 1/2 cups vegetable broth
2 Tablespoons flour (approximately)
1 package Yves brand veggie ground round (equivalent to 1 and 1/2 pounds
hamburger)
500 mL fatfree sour cream (this is about two cups)

Saute onions in vinegar until tender. Add garlic. Add 1 cup veggie broth
and seasonings. Mix remaining broth and flour and add to skillet to thicken
sauce. Add veggie ground round. Heat thoroughly and then add sour cream and
heat thoroughly again. Serve over noodles.

Note: I'm not trying to push Yves brand. That happens to be the only type
of veggie meat I can get here. But it was good.

As for my lemon dessert, I will post eventually. Just haven't has time to
fiddle with the crust. Thanks for all the suggestions I received. Another
question, is there a veggie substitute for Lemon Jello?
