egg replacer

Someone was asking about an egg replacer that wasn't egg whites.  I have 
never used this myself, but a person at the last Ornish support group meeting 
said they used 1 tablespoon soy flour mixed with 1 tablespoon water to equal 
1 egg.  If anyone tries this I'd be interested in hearing how it works.
