In regards to Fat Free Mayo, I treat the commercial stuff as if it were
the eggs and oil and then proceed to add the flavorings to make homemade
mayo---cayenne, dry mustard, hot sauce or Worcestershire, lemon juice,
salt?, a little Butter Buds?
When I'm in a hurry, I take Fat Free Mayo, and stir in a little of
the juice from a jar of roasted pickled red bell peppers, it improves
the taste a lot.
