Here is a recipe that might help you with cravings:
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3/4 cup soy or dairy milk (rice milk does not seem to work in this recipe)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Combine the sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and 1/4 milk. Mix well. Add the rest
of the milk.
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on high. Remove and stir. Microwave again for
1 1/2 mintes on high. Remove from microwave and stir once. Let stand for
1 to 2 minutes.
You can also prepare this on the stove. Bring to boil over medium heat.
Lower heat and simmer for about 3 minutes while stirring.
