I marinate my portabellas in fat free italian dressing then put them
on the grill or in a hot skillet. They are wonderful! I have done
them with bbq sauce, sliced them into strips then marinate for a
while then grill or sear in a stickfree skillett. Better than any of
that stuff most folks eat at bbq's
I have a recipe for tofu scramble, will try to find it if no one
beats me to it.

Subject: portabellas/ tofu scramle
I was just wondering if anyone had any FF portabella mushroom
either marinating, BBQ, grill or anything! I am also searcing for a
scramble recipie, I had it once at a restaraunt, it tasted like
eggs but it was tofu. Thanks in advance, you wonderful List People!
