I am in the same boat, doing tons of cardio every day. Have you added light
weight training as well? Also, keep in mind it will take the body longer
than 2 weeks to start changing it's metabolism and burning fat. It took a
friend of mine 6-8 weeks, and results followed. So don't give up! Try
eating brown rice and whole grains.
