In response to Nancy Adkins, there was an article in February 1998 in
Vegetarian Times called "The Best Vegetarian Dining at Walt Disney World."
There are a few choices in every area of the park and the author said the
chefs at the better restaurants were very accommodating if they received a
call ahead for special fat-free requests. (I'll mail Nancy a copy of the
chart I have.)
