here's some of my favorites:
take a raw potato, microwave it at work for 4 minutes, add 3/4 cup of
your favorite salsa...try a sweet potato the next day and top with
crushed pineapple straight out of the can!
cheese and tomato and cucumber sandwiches are great w/ spicy mustard
popcorn - rice cakes - a piece of fresh fruit
leftover pasta cooked with ff veggie canned sauce
a ff tortilla w/ ff refried beans, ff cheese and salsa, chopped onions
if you're feeling adventurous and have mouthwash for the afternoon!
