Hi everyone. First I just wanted to thank you all who gave me suggestions
about eating (and life in general) during pregnancy, they were very helpful.
Second, about a year ago I bought miso in a plastic, sealed wrapper in
Chinatown. I still have it in my refrigerator and I'm embarrassed to say
that I never used it because I didn't know exactly what to do with it.
Therefore, I'm wondering first if its still good, and second how exactly to
use it. Do you just put a teaspoon in boiling water?
