Hi everyone,
I've really appreciated everything I have learned so far from this
digest.  It's been a great help.  My problem, however, is that I'm not
really liking anything.  There are only a few vegetables that I like.  I
have still tried them thinking that maybe they will taste good in things
but they don't.  For instance, I don't like eggplant, tomatoes, or
cucumbers no matter how they're used!!  I live far away from any cities
and so I don't have access to a lot of vegetarian products.  The recipes
I use need to pretty much require regular things you can get at a
market.  So, I would appreciate any recipe suggestions.  I did make a
tofu and chickpea dish that I served over brown rice and it was
delicious!!!  Everyone at work was trying it and couldn't believe how
good it was, most of them had never even tried tofu before.  Anyway,
thanks in advance for your suggestions!
